3.2 Functions within the dispensing system
The unit controls the dispensing of chilled, non-alcoholic beverages. The beverages are sup-
plied via an undercounter cooler with the conveying medium CO
2
and the python which acts
as the connecting part between the undercounter cooler and the unit; see Figure 4. An optional
flavour shot can be added to the beverages.
The unit can dispense:
– Still water
– Carbonated water (soda)
– Up to eight postmix beverages
The unit can add the following to the mix (if this feature is installed):
– One of four additional flavours
The dispensed quantity can either be preset or manually controlled (depending on the config-
uration).
The touchscreen is used for operation. Regardless of the chosen beverage, it is dispensed
through a common dispensing nozzle into a cup placed beforehand in the cup rest by the user.
Any beverage overflow or spillage will run into the drip tray and then into the drain.
