TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The cam must be adjusted in such a way that when the
parking brake is applied to its maximum extent, the
angle of the cam with reference to the cable has to be
85° ± 0.5.
Hand brake cable
To adjust the tension of the handbrake cable, follow this procedure.
1. Loosen the nut (1).
2. Adjust by tensing the nut clockwise (2).
3. Check to see if the hand brake has a correct tension.
4. Follow this process for the two brake callipers, the left hand one and
the rear right hand one.
