MultiMeter 44 does not have internal terminator resistors. For this reason, resistors should
be installed on the communication cable of the last instrument, as indicated in Figure 32.
5.3.2 Sent data
Every channel sends the following information:
• Channel status (1 byte) Information about the status of relays, alarm, etc.
• Units (1 byte).
• Measured value (4 bytes).
• Temperature, ºC (4 bytes).
The size of the sent data block is 30 bytes.
5.3.3 Factory programming
MultiMeter 44 sends the data in the following order:

1. From the main menu select SYSTEM > CONFIGURE INSTRUMENT. Confirm.
2. Select CONFIGURE PROFIBUS and confirm.
3. The user has the following possibilities:
