Whentherightradiatorfillstoitsneck,andwiththeradiatorcapoff,starttheengineandallowittorun
suchthatcoolingfluidispumpedtotheengineandtheleftradiator.Burpthesystembygently
squeezingthecoolingsystemhosestomovefluidthroughthem.
Shuttheengineoffandaddmorecoolingfluidtotherightradiator.
Repeatthisprocessuntilthecoolingsystemisfull.Whenyouaredone,thecoolingfluidshouldbe
evenwiththelowerlipinsidetherightradiatoropening. Replacetheradiatorcapontheright
radiator.
Start
andallowthemotorcycletorunforseveralminutestomakesurethecoolingsystemisoperating
normally.
Next,removethecapfromtheoverflowcontainer.Addcoolingfluidtotheoverflowcontainersuch
thatthecontainerisapproximatelyhalffull.Rememberthatthisisareservoirandthecooling
system
willpullfromtheoverflowcontainerandreturncoolingfluidtoit.
