Horn failure
Check turn signal operation
Turn signal anomaly
Normal turn signals
Poor battery output or open circuit/short
circuit between battery and ignition switch
Normal voltage Low or no
voltage
Check battery output,
check for open or short
circuit to horn
Horn volume and tone
adjustment
Check voltage at horn
when horn switch
depressed
Replace horn
