3.2.19 QoS Bandwidth Control
The outgoing (egress) rate limits, in Kbps, can be set on the Fiber and/or LAN ports. The rate is set with a granularity of 64Kbps, from 1
(64Kbps) to 16000 (1024000Kbps). Packets which exceed the outgoing rate will be dropped. Better bandwidth control (reduced packet loss) can
be achieved if the link is using flow control (802.3x).
