2.3 ASSEMBLING AND DISASSEMBLING
A. SOLENOID VALVE
a. To Disassembling
(1) Solenoid Ass’y
(2) Spring
(3) Spring
(4) Spool
Spool
1. Loosen the bolt on the cover (1) and remove the
cover.
2. Take out the spring and spool.
(5) Spool
(6) Plug
(7) Wire Lead
CAUTION FOR ASSEMBLY:
• Be careful of the direction of the spool when assem-
bling.
• Apply oil sufficiently to the spool body after washed,
not to cause damage thereon when assembling.

Solenoid
1. Loosen the sectional end of the solenoid with a
spanner.
2. Take out the solenoid ass’y and the spring.
• Hold the body to Disassembling the
cover (however, do not hold the sole-
noid section).
CAUTION
• Be careful of the direction of the sole-
noid lead line when assembling.
