Forwarding & Filtering
Unicast Forwarding
Open the Forwarding & Filtering folder in the Administration menu and click on the Unicast Forwarding link. This will open
the Setup Static Unicast Forwarding Table, as shown below:

To add or edit an entry, define the following parameters and then click Add/Modify:
Parameter Description
VLAN ID (VID)
The VLAN ID number of the VLAN on which the above Unicast MAC address resides.
MAC Address
The MAC address to which packets will be statically forwarded. This must be a unicast
MAC address.
Port
Allows the selection of the port number on which the MAC address entered above
resides.
Click Apply to implement the changes made. Current entries can be found in the Static Unicast Forwarding Table as shown in
the bottom half of the figure above. To delete an entry in the Static Unicast Forwarding Table, click the corresponding under
the Delete heading.
