Description
A route balancing instance is assoicated with a routingtable and defines how to make use of multiple
routes to the same destination.

RoutingTable
Specify routingtable to deploy route load balancing
in. (Identifier)
Algorithm
Specify which algorithm to use when balancing the
routes. (Default: RoundRobin)
