Interface to threshold limit. (Identifier)
HoldTime
Number of consecutive seconds over/under the
threshold limit to trigger state change for the af-
fected routes. (Default: 30)

Outbound threshold limit. (Optional)
OutboundUnit
The outbound units. (Default: kbps)
InboundThreshold
Inbound threshold limit. (Optional)
