FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT.
GOVERNING LAW: This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of
