LUBRICATION SYSTEM
OIL PUMP DISASSEMBLY
●Loosen the screw securing the oil pump plate.
●Remove the oil pump body and the oil pump plate.
●Clean the oil pump body, inner and outer rotors with
fresh cleaning oil.
OIL PUMP INSPECTION
●Assemble the inner and outer rotors to the oil pump
body.
●Measure the pump body clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT : 0.23mm
TOOL : FEELER GAUGE
●Measure the pump side clearance
SERVICE LIMIT : 0.12mm
●Measure the rotor tip clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT : 0.18mm
