HYDRAULIC BRAKE
ASSEMBLY
Clean the piston seal and dust seal with brake fluid,
install it into caliper groove.
Check the appearance of piston for damage or
scratches.
Measure the piston O. D.
SERVICE LIMIT : 24.87mm
When install the piston to the caliper the groove side of
piston have to toward pad.
Coat the sillicon grease on the boot.
Install the boot to the caliper groove.
Install the pad spring to the caliper.
Install the caliper pin bolt then install the caliper
bracket to caliper.
Install the brake pad to brake caliper.
