Figure 20-9 Typical Electrical Connections
1. Remove the fasteners that secure the cover and set the cover aside.
2. Insert a cable gland (customer-supplied) into the opening in the mains input bracket.
3. Fasten the cable gland to the bracket with the locknut
4. Feed the AC input cable through the cable gland.
5. Attach the ground cable to the ground post on the compressor housing.
6. Attach and secure the upper nut and jam nut to the ground post (refer to "Figure 20-10 Ground
Post Nuts").
7. Attach the three (3) main power cables to the compressor terminals (refer to "Figure 20-
11 Compressor AC Input Terminals" on page 107). Continue to Step 8 for TT300/TG230
compressors. For all other TTS/TGS compressors, continue to Step 9.

8. The three (3) compression lugs on the TTS300/TGS230 compressors need to be torqued to
20 Nm (15 ft-lbs).
