When SR is selected:
In this example, left total (LT) and right total (RT) are the inputs.
Outputs are: 1L = channel 1 is left, 2R = channel 2 is right, 3C =
channel 3 is center, 4Lfe = channel 4 is bass, 5Ls = channel 5 is
left surround, and 6Rs = channel 6 is right surround.
