ALARM TYPE SOLUTION
E017 High grid frequency • Make sure that the grid frequency is within the range allowed by
local regulations.
• If the grid frequency is not within the permitted range for reasons
due to the local grid conditions, contact the grid operator to request
approval for the change to the operating limits.
• If the grid frequency is within the allowed range, but the alarm per-
sists, contact the technical support service.
E018 Low grid frequency • Make sure that the grid frequency is within the range allowed by
local regulations.
• If the grid frequency is not within the permitted range for reasons
due to the local grid conditions, contact the grid operator to request
ap-proval for the change to the operating limits.
• If the grid frequency is within the allowed range, but the alarm per-
sists, contact the technical support service.
E019 Disconnection from the
gird imposed by the dis-
tribution network operator.
• Intervention of the interface device imposed by the network opera-
tor.
E020 Feeding in a direct current
with a value higher than
the admitted threshold.
• Make sure that there is a direct current fed into the grid.
• If the direct current fed into the grid does not fall within the permitted
range for reasons due to the local grid conditions, contact the grid
operator to request approval for the modication to the operating
limits.
• If the direct current fed into the grid it is within the allowed range, but
the alarm persists, contact the technical support service.
E021 Feeding in a direct current
with a value higher than
the maximum instantane-
ous admitted threshold.
• Make sure that there is a direct current fed into the grid.
• If the direct current fed into the grid does not fall within the permitted
range for reasons due to the local grid conditions, contact the grid
operator to request approval for the modication to the operating

• If the direct current fed into the grid it is within the allowed range, but

E022 Converter control system
fault.
• Switch off and restart the system.
• Refer to the sections "System switching off" and "System switching
on"
• Should the problem persist, contact our technical support service.
E023 DC overcurrent. • Check the sizing and connections to the DC inputs of the system.
• Refer to the section "Electrical connections".
• If the problem persists, contact the technical support service.
E024 DC overcurrent. • Check the sizing and connections to the DC inputs of the system.
• Refer to the section "Electrical connections".
• If the problem persists, contact the technical support service.
E025 Loss of isolation of the PV
generator.
• Check the DC lines leakage to ground.
E026 DC voltage out of range. • Immediately disconnect the system from the photovoltaic generator
as it could be damaged.
• Check the sizing of the system.
• Check the no-load voltage of the photovoltaic generator.
E027 BATTERY overcurrent. • Check the sizing and connections at the BATTERY inputs.
• Refer to the section "Electrical connections".
• If the problem persists, contact the technical support service
