RADIUS
Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) servers provide
additional security for networks. Up to four RADIUS servers can be defined.
RADIUS servers provide a centralized authentication method for:
• Telnet Access
• Secure Shell Access
• Web Access
• Console Access
console(config)# passwords strength
minimum character-classes 3
Enable that passwords must
contain at least three
character classes.
password min-length 8 Enable that passwords must
contain at least eight
characters.
console(config)# username admin
privilege 15 password FGH123!@#
Create a user named
"admin" with privilege level
15 and password that fits
the strength rules.
