Removing the palm rest
Prerequisites
1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the base cover.
3. Remove the SIM card.
4. Remove the battery.
5. Remove the CAMM module or memory module.
6. Remove the interposer board module.
7. Remove the WWAN card.
8. Remove the primary solid-state drive.
9. Remove the secondary solid-state drive.
10. Remove the heat-sink for discrete graphics.
11. Remove the GPU card.
12. Remove the GPU power cable.
13. Remove the power-button board.
14. Remove the power-button.
15. Remove the speakers.
16. Remove the inner frame.
17. Remove the SD card reader.
18. Remove the system board.
19. Remove the coin-cell battery.
20. Remove the display assembly.
21. Remove the power-adapter port.
22. Remove the smart card reader.
23. Remove the keyboard.
