Check operation of each device.

Check operation of IC101(ADV7623)
(20) Check Xtal oscillator.
Is oscillation of X1001(28.6363MHz) transmitted?
(21) Check RESET.
Is RESET waveform conrmed in TP[RESET B], when power is
turned on? (If not reference waveform, proceed to "NO".)
(22) Check control signal(I2C).
Is waveform conrmed in TP[HSCL/HSDA], when power is turned
on? (If not reference waveform, proceed to "NO".)
The pattern and circuit from the HDMI connector (JK105) to the
IC(IC101) is defective, or HDMI output circuitry is defective (IC101
and surrounding circuitry).
(19) Check power supply.
Are 1.8V or 3.3V supplied to IC101(each power supply pin)?
Refer to [Detail C] of the substrate for test point.
The power supply circuitry is defective.
The X1001 or IC101 is defective.
The RESET circuitry or IC101 is defective.
The HSCL/HSDA line pattern is defective.
