Messages can be deleted individually during playback (see
page 32) or completely (i.e. all messages) when the answe-
ring machine is in idle state. Only messages that have been
played back at least once can be deleted.
Operation via handset
- The answering machine is idle
- Enter the following key sequence: o#5.
An audible signal confirms the deletion.
- Terminate the connection by pressing g.
or
Operation via base station
- The answering machine is in idle state.
- Press both keys simultaneously for longer than 2 seconds.
An audible signal confirms the deletion.
Operation via handset
Enter the following key sequence:
o#8.
Enter PIN.
Press o.
Enter the number of incoming call signals required to trigger
the answering machine as the activation delay. If you set
this to "0", the answering machine intercepts all incoming
calls immediately, without the call being indicated at any
handset.
- Enter the following key sequence: o#7.
- Display of the current status.
e. g. 4 = 4 call signals
- Enter desired number
(09 / 0=immediately, without audible "ringing sig-
nal")
- Terminate connection by pressing g.
The maximum recording capacity is 960 seconds or 31
messages. You can specify a maximum recording time for
each message. The entry is made in "seconds"; the confi-
gurable time will be between 10 s and 960 s. A speech
pause of more than 5 seconds is interpreted as the end of
the message; the answering machine then switches itself
off before the defined eingestellten time.
