Your telephone is a product of the highest quality design and
workmanship and should therefore be treated with care. The
suggestions that follow will help you get the most out of this
product for a considerable length of time.
Observe all safety instructions on page 4. These instruc-
tions apply similarly to the handset, base station / charging
unit and the batteries (the complete telephone), as well as
to the accessories.
Before you clean the telephone, disconnect the base station /
charging unit from the mains. Wipe them with an anti-static cloth
or a soft, slightly damp leather cloth and then with a dry cloth.
Note: Never spray your telephone with a cleaning agent or
solvent. Clean the charging contacts of the handset and the
base station / charging unit with a lint-free cloth.
If your telephone or one of the accessories does not func-
tion properly, please contact your supplier's customer servi-
ce. Before doing so, it may be advisable to disconnect the
mains adapter, reconnect it and briefly remove the batteries
- your telephone may possibly be in an undefined state, in
which case this measure will eliminate the "fault".
Your telephone has a warranty period of 12 months from
the date of purchase.
If a defect occurs that cannot be remedied with the help of
our Hotline, please send the entire telephone (with mains
adaptor, connection cable and a copy of the receipt, as well
as a precise description of the fault) to the following

If you send your telephone to us without prior consultation,
we will be forced to charge a handling fee in the event the
telephone is in flawless condition.
