These user instructions will familiarise you with the operati-
on of the various versions of the BeeTel.
BeeTel : basic model
BeeTel XL : as per the basic model, but with an addi-
tional handset and charging unit
BeeTel with a small base:
like the basic model, thanks to its com-
pact design without paging keys (see
page 20)
BeeTel voice : Handset as per the BeeTel, with a digital
answering machine integrated in the
base station
BeeTel voice XL: as per the BeeTel voice, with an additio-
nal handset and charging unit
Insofar as not otherwise specified, the operating procedures
stated refer to all versions. The chapter entitled "Answering
machine" refers only to the BeeTel voice and BeeTel voice
XL versions.
You can connect the BeeTel cordless telephone to the tele-
phone connection yourself.
It is licensed in accordance with the EU Guideline
91/263/EEC for telecommunications equipment. The CE
symbol verifies the device’s compliance with the above
guideline.
Before using your telephone for the first time, please read
these user instructions carefully. Store the user instructions
in a safe place for future reference.

General assignment of frequencies for general use of cord-
less telecommunications systems pursuant to the DECT
system.
4. This general assignment applies to cordless telecommu-
nications systems pursuant to the DECT system. They
may be used in the following frequency ranges only:
DECT System 1880-1900 MHz
The specification of the frequency range 1880-1900
MHz in the frequency utilisation plan applies initially to a
period of 10 years and extension of this period shall
depend on European harmonisation.
