No G6 Readings: App No Readings Alert
Problem
• Not getting G6 readings for the last 20 minutes
Solution
• No glucose alarm/alerts or G6 readings until fixed. Use meter.
• Tap alert to get more information.
• Check transmitter: Is it snapped into the holder?
• Wait up to 3 hours while the system fixes itself. If not corrected after 3 hours,
