NGINE
● Remove the dowel pins and the gasket.
● Remove the piston by removing the piston pin circlip [1].
Engine Right Side
● Remove the oil filter with the special tool.
● Remove the water pump [1]
● Remove the start cup nut with a suitable bar [1].
● Remove the starter cup.
● Remove the left crankcase cover [3].
NOTE
Be careful not to drop the dowel pins into the crankcase.
NOTE
Place a clean rag under the piston so as not to drop the piston pin
circlip into the crankcase.
