What to do if the DITEC LCU40H Control Systems automation does not open or close?
- LLindsay HernandezAug 10, 2025
If your DITEC Control System automation isn't opening or closing, start by checking the power supply cable. If that's not the issue, it could be short-circuited accessories. Disconnect all accessories from terminals 0-30 (ensuring a 24V= voltage is present), then reconnect them one at a time. Also, check if the line fuse is blown and replace it if needed. Verify that the safety contacts are correctly closed (NC) and properly connected to terminals 6-8 on the control panel, including the self-controlled safety edge. Ensure photocells are clean and functioning. If the automatic closure isn't working, try issuing any command. If problems persist after these checks, there may be a motor fault, check the motor connection.
