What to do if the DITEC LCU40H Control Systems automation does not open or close?
    • L
      Lindsay HernandezAug 10, 2025
If your DITEC Control System automation isn't opening or closing, start by checking the power supply cable. If that's not the issue, it could be short-circuited accessories. Disconnect all accessories from terminals 0-30 (ensuring a 24V= voltage is present), then reconnect them one at a time. Also, check if the line fuse is blown and replace it if needed. Verify that the safety contacts are correctly closed (NC) and properly connected to terminals 6-8 on the control panel, including the self-controlled safety edge. Ensure photocells are clean and functioning. If the automatic closure isn't working, try issuing any command. If problems persist after these checks, there may be a motor fault, check the motor connection.

Why DITEC LCU40H remote control does not work?
    • K
      Kelly WallaceSep 4, 2025
If the DITEC Control Systems remote control isn't working, the issue could be due to no storage module or an incorrect one. Switch the automation off and plug in the correct storage module. Also, check the correct memorisation of the transmitters on the built-in radio. If there is a fault with the radio receiver that is built into the control panel, the remote control codes can be read by removing the storage module.
