Command Language (CL)
CL commands are “short cuts” to either menus or AS/400 functions. They are entered from
the Selection or Command line and executed when the ENTER key is pressed.
Example: "WRKSPLF" and Selection number “5” yields the same result.
Control Language Command names consist of Verb and Subject abbreviations.
