NOTE:
It may take more than 1 hour for the system to completely power up under normal
circumstances depending on such factors as your system model and configuration. This
is normal.
If the system has to be restarted after a hard shut down, for example, a power failure,
it may take much longer. You are allowed to sign on to the system before an IPL has
finished, but some functions may not be available until the IPL has completed.
