Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Troubleshooting
·
Check for the necessity of software update first, and update the software if necessary (P. 122).
·
When checking the following items does not to improve the state, contact “Repairs” on the rear cover of this manual (in Japanese only) or DOCOMO-specified
repair office.
Battery
Trouble Check and remedy
The terminal cannot be turned ON
·
Is the battery exhausted? Charge the terminal (P. 20).
The screen freezes, the terminal cannot
be turned OFF
·
The terminal can be force-restarted if the screen freezes or the terminal cannot be turned OFF.
Press
T
for about 10 seconds to force-restart the terminal (P. 21).
Charging
Trouble Check and remedy
Cannot charge the terminal (charging
icon does not appear on the status bar)

Is the AC adapter’s power plug inserted in the outlet correctly (P. 20)?
·
Are the AC adapter and microUSB cable, or the microUSB cable and terminal connected firmly (P. 20)?
·
If you execute communications or other operation for a long time while charging, the terminal may become hot
and charging may be unavailable. In this case, wait until the temperature of the ter
minal is down and retry
charging.
