Appendix F Removable Media
To ensure that historical and performance information is stored properly be sure to insert a
Micro - Secure Digital (SD) card in the proper slot at all times. See Section 6.1
The SD card stores all information in standard comma separated values (*.CSV) format for
easy access with any computer. Remove the SD card from the CLPX as described in section
6.1 and transfer the files to your personal computer*. The files are best viewed with programs
that convert CSV format to rows and columns (Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice, etc) but can be
viewed with any text editor.
Figure F.1 shows the folders found on the SD card depending on the configuration or your
CLPX and the use of the SD cards.

Files are stored in sub-folders which are named by the date they are created in the format yy-
mm-dd. Within each folder are the individual log files for that day using the file name format
TYPEHH.csv where
TYPE = Type of file such asCONC”, “EVNT”, orSTEL
HH Hour from 01 to 24
Example:
\ConcLog\12-02-21\Conc14.csv - Contains the concentration information (see below) for the
