F.4 Formatting Micro SD Disks
The Micro SD Cards can be formatted on any Windows PC with FAT16 or FAT32
format. Most new disks purchased are pre-formatted with FAT32 which will work.
F.5 Software Update Procedure
Before you begin verify which versions of each are installed on your CLPX as follows:
• Select ‘SETUP’ from the main menu
• Scroll down and select ‘System Info’
• On the screen it will show the following :
CLPX MONITOR
Version XX.XXXX
Date Version Updated
Installer MM.MMMM
Date Installer Updated
Serial # NNNN
• If the Installer Version (MM.MMMM) is equal to or greater than 12.406 you can
skip to the CLPX Software Update section.
Formatting the Micro SD card will erase all information stored on the card.
Failure to carefully follow these instructions may result in corruption of the
CLPX software and require the unit to be returned for service. We highly recommend
contacting our service department for assistance when performing this procedure.
