F.5.A CLPX Installer Update
CLPX Installer Update
Do this only if your installer package is less than less than 12.406
You will need a special access password to perform this update
READ THROUGH ALL THESE DIRECTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN
• Power off the CLPX
• Insert the Micro SD Card with the installer update package
• Power on the CLPX
• Scroll down on the main menu and select SERVICE
• Enter the appropriate password
• Scroll down and select ‘Factory Menu’
• Enter the special access password from DOD Technologies, INC
• Scroll down the factory menu and select UPGRADE INSTALLER
• NOTE : Follow these instructions carefully and be patient. The updating
process can take some time to complete (DO NOT PRESS EXTRA KEYS)
• On the Installer Update screen select ‘DONE’ then <enter>
• Wait for the Update Complete screen to appear.
• Select OK to exit the installer.
• IMPORTANT : Return to the main menu and power off the CLPX
NOTE: On some versions of software you may receive an erroneous error during
the power off sequence. This will not cause a problem with your CLPX.
