F.5.B CLPX Softwarer Update
CLPX Software Update
READ THROUGH ALL THESE DIRECTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN
• Power off the CLPX
• Insert the Micro SD Card with the software update package
• Power on the CLPX with the <enter> key
• Scroll down on the main menu and select SERVICE
• Enter the appropriate password
• Scroll down and select SOFTWARE UPDATE
• When prompted for “Are you sure?” select YES then <enter>
• NOTE : Follow these instructions carefully and be patient. The updating
process can take some time to complete (DO NOT PRESS EXTRA KEYS)
• On the Software Update screen select ‘DONE’ then <enter>
• Wait for-the software update to complete at which time the update complete
screen will appear
• Press OK which will power off the CLPX
• Wait 5 seconds
• Power on the CLPX with the <enter> key
• Listen for a sequence of tones which ends with 4 quick beeps (approx. 10-15
seconds total)
• After the tones complete wait 5 seconds
• Power on the CLPX with the <enter> key
• Your software update is complete and the new version # will be displayed on the
welcome screen
