Indication: The diagnostic message will be displayed in the Insight display.
Disabled Functions: None
Fault Reset: Release the Packer extend push button or Turn OFF the Auxiliary Controls.
Packer Retract Has Timed Out (standard equipment)
The CORTEX Controller has a timer to monitor packer extend and packer retract operations. If the packer extend time
exceeds 35 seconds before the extend prox. switch is activated, this beep code will activate. Packer retract may time
out when the packer cannot fully retract due to the accumulation of material behind the packer panel.
Insight Display Illustration:
Indication: The diagnostic message will be displayed in the Insight display. Packer retract prox switch is
not activated 35 seconds after the start of the retract cycle.
Disabled Functions: Packer retract.
Fault Reset: Check packer retract prox switch for proper operation and adjustment. Remove accumulated
material from behind packer panel.
