Rimontaggio ruota anteriore
Eseguite le operazioni con ordine inverso
facendo attenzione ai seguenti punti:
Lubrificate i componenti del rinvio del
contachilometri, il perno ruota, il dado di
fissaggio perno e le viti di fissaggio pinze freno.
Utilizzate la chiave cod. 000070139 per
posizionare e tenere fermo il perno ruota sul
gambale destro mentre si blocca il dado sul lato
opposto (fig. 43.4).
Prima di serrare le viti (1) mettere a terra la moto
e spingere sui semimanubri per caricare la
sospensione; in questo modo si otterrà
l’assestamento dei gambali sul perno ruota.
Bloccare dado e viti alla coppia prescritta (vedi
tabella “Coppie di serragggio” a pag. 111).
Attenzione
Se non disponete di una chiave
dinamometrica serrate a fondo dado e viti e
recatevi al più presto presso un Concessionario
Ducati per far controllare l’installazione. Un
serraggio inadeguato puo causare la perdita della
capacità frenante del veicolo.
Controllate prima di utilizzare il motociclo che
tutti i comandi rispondano correttamente.
Refitting front wheel
Reverse the above procedure. Make sure to:
grease the odometer relay components, wheel
spindle, spindle check nut and caliper fastening
screws.
Use the wrench supplied with the tool kit (part
no. 000070139) to position the wheel spindle
and hold it steady to the right fork leg while
locking the nut on the other side (fig. 43.4).
Before you tighten the screws (1), take the bike
off the stand and push down on the handlebars
to compress the suspensions; this way you will
ensure that the fork legs have seated properly
onto the wheel spindle.
Tighten nut and screws to recommended torque
(see “Torque figures” chart on page 113).
Warning
If you do not have a torque wrench
available, tighten nut and screws securely and
bring the bike to a Ducati Dealer as soon as
possible to have them checked. If improperly
tightened, these parts may lead to loss of
braking.
Before riding the motorcycle, make sure all
controls work properly.
Remontage roue avant
Exécutez les opérations dans l’ordre inverse en
prenant garde aux points suivants:
Lubrifiez les composants de la prise de
compteur, l’axe de roue, l’écrou de serrage axe
et les vis di fixation étriers de frein.
Utilisez la clé code 000070139 pour mettre en
place et maintenir bloqué l’axe de roue sur le
tube de fourche droit, le temps que vous serrez
l’écrou sur le côté opposé (fig. 43.4).
Avant de serrer les vis (1), appuyez la moto sur le
sol et poussez sur les deux parties du guidon
pour charger la suspension; de cette manière on
obtient la mise en état des bras de fourche sur
l’axe de roue.
Serrez l’écrou et les vis au couple préconisé (voir
tableau “Couples de serrage” à la page 115).
Attention
Si vous ne disposez pas d’une clé
dynamométrique, serrez à fond l’écrou et les vis
et rendez-vous chez un Concessionnaire Ducati
aussitôt possible, pour faire contrôler votre
installation. Un serrage non approprié peut
rendre nulle la capacité de freinage du véhicule.
Contrôlez que toutes les commandes répondent
exactement avant d’utiliser le motocycle.
