Remove any lint and thread
remnants from the machine upper
section (e. g. using a compressed-
air pistol ).
Points that need to be cleaned particularly
thoroughly:
• Area under the throat plate (1)
• Area around the hook (2)
• Bobbin housing and interior
• Thread cutter
• Area around the needle
