5.7 Setting the hook thread tension
Caution: danger of injury !
Tur n off the main switch.
The hook-thread tension may only be adjusted with the machine
switched off.
Setting the tension spring 2
–
Set the tension spring 2 by tur ning the adjustment screw 1.
Increase the hook thread tension =
Tur n screw 1 clockwise
Decrease the hook thread tension =
Tur n screw 1 counterclockwise
