Why is the EFI Controller Fiery icon unavailable on the copier/printer touch panel?
    • C
      cwilkersonAug 16, 2025
The Fiery icon might not appear if there's a problem with the system software, a corrupt or large print job, a faulty UIB cable, an overheated CPU, or a faulty motherboard. To resolve this, try the following: 1. Reboot the copier/printer and the EFI E-43A Controller. 2. Ensure both devices have matching time and date information. 3. Check and reseat the cable connections between the E-43A and the copier/printer. 4. Replace the external cables one by one.
