MBC-SE gas train setting
Pressure regulator setting
The gas pressure regulator is set at 10
mbar in the factory. Check the gas
pressure after the burner is first started
(measuring point at gas train outlet
flange) and if necessary, correct gas
pressure pBr via adjustment screw S in
accordance with the table (page 21).
After start up, no further changes should
be made.
Gas pressure setting
VGD gas valve
• Remove the protective cover on the
SKP25
• Adjust gas pressure pBr
(immediately downstream of the
double solenoid valve) using screw
S1 (beneath lid) and a flat screwdriver
• The stroke setting can be read off the
scale X
• After adjusting, the gas pressure
setting must be secured to prevent it
from being altered. This can be done
by securing the lid (cover of S1) using
sealing lacquer.
