Fitting the fan wheel
When changing the motor or the fan
wheel, refer to the positioning diagram
opposite. The internal flange A of the fan
wheel must be aligned with the plate B.
Insert a straight edge between the
blades of the fan wheel and bring A and
B to the same height. Tighten the cone-
point screw on the fan wheel.
Removing the plate
• Turn off power supply to the motor (4P
connector).
• To do this, unscrew but do not remove
the 7 screws X securing the motor
plate.
• Pivot the plate (bayonet system),
extract and remove it carefully
(without damaging the furnace
pressure tap).
• Clean the housing, the volute and the
air intake box, and check that there is
no damage.
• If necessary, when cleaning, remove
the air recycling unit; to do this,
remove the 4 screws Z and release
the recycling unit.
• Clean the ventilation turbine and check
it is not damaged.
