I. Set the rotary switch to Voltage.
II. Connect the test leads to the input terminals L, N, and PE.
III. Connect the test leads to the measurement point.
IV. Press the Test button to start measurement.

V. The measured voltage is displayed on the screen and the frequency is displayed at the bottom.
VI. Pressing the Test button starts the measurement and pressing the Test button again stops the
measurement.
