rotate the airplane following the flight director guidance.
φ In case of flight director is inoperative rotate the airplane according to
the following schedule:
- For airplanes Pre-Mod. SB 170-31-0019:
FLAPS POSITION
1 2 4
PITCH ANGLE
11° 10° 12°
- For airplanes Post-Mod. SB 170-31-0019 or equipped with an
equivalent modification factory incorporated, rotate the airplane
according to the takeoff pitch angle displayed on TAKEOFF page 3/3
on the MCDU.
φWith positive climb:
φLanding Gear .........................................................UP
φAirspeed.................................................................MIN V

Maintain V

minimum up to the level off. At the level off, retract flaps
according to the flap retraction speed reference indication.
Accelerate the airplane to the final segment speed (V
FS
) and set the
engine thrust to continuous.
After retracting flaps, accomplish the Engine 1 (2) Failure Procedure.
