If the Analog Input Block receives an input value or simulation value with the status
BAD, the Analog Input Block continues working with the failsafe mode defined by
means of this parameter.
The following options are available by means of the Fsafe type/FSAFE_TYPE
parameter:
• Last Good Value
The last valid value is used for further processing with the status UNCERTAIN.
• Fail Safe Value
The value specified by means of the Fsafe value/FSAFE_VALUE parameter is used
for further processing with the status UNCERTAIN. See this table, Fsafe type/
FSAFE_TYPE parameter description.
•Wrong Value
The current value is used for further processing with the status BAD.
The failsafe mode is also activated if the "Out of service" option was selected by means
of the Block Mode/MODE_BLK parameter, "Target" element.
