Connecting the sensor connection housing via terminals
For the device version with the order code for "Sensor connection housing":
• Option A "Aluminum coated"
• Option L "Cast, stainless"

1. Loosen the securing clamp of the housing cover.
2. Unscrew the housing cover.
3. Push the cable through the cable entry . To ensure tight sealing, do not remove the
sealing ring from the cable entry.
4. Strip the cable and cable ends. In the case of stranded cables, fit ferrules.
5. Connect the protective ground.
6. Connect the cable in accordance with the connecting cable terminal assignment.
7. Firmly tighten the cable glands.
 This concludes the process for connecting the connecting cable.

WARNING
Housing degree of protection voided due to insufficient sealing of the housing.

Screw in the thread on the cover without using any lubricant. The thread on the cover is
coated with a dry lubricant.
8. Screw on the housing cover.
9. Tighten the securing clamp of the housing cover.
