• Bilinear: The High Value, Mid Value, and Low Value can be entered. Refer to Figure 68. The units are the same
as those used in Linear mode. The values will be used for calculating the output or input value on the next
measurement.

5.15.3 Concentration alarm relay
This screen is used to define the range of the concentration alarm relay (LS2). Refer to Figure 69. If the oxygen value
is outside this range, the relay will be switched with low impedance and will trigger an error. Select the Alarm Low
Level to enable or disable the setting.
The unit depends on the currently selected oxygen sensor:
• OP-3: %O2
• OP-6: %O2
• OP-9: ppmv
