Before contacting Service
Before contacting Service, prepare the following information to send with your
inquiry:
• Diagnostic downloads using the procedures provided in “Receiving
Serial Data (Customer Port Output)” on page 3-1 or using
AMS100 software from SpectraSensors.
When capturing this data, please include the following information to expedite
your request:
• Analyzer Serial Number (SN) in the filename of the download, e.g.,
Diagnostic Data Download SN XXXX, where ‘XXXX’ is the serial
number.
• Mode 6 (#6) download of the process sample.
• Mode 6 (#6) download of the validation gas, if the analyzer is
designed to be connected to the sample port.
• Parameter list in the captured data.
• Mode 1 (#1) data in the captured data (approximately 5 minutes).
With your download information, please also include:
• Contact information.
• Description of the problem or questions.
Access to the information above will greatly expedite our response to your
technical request.
