7.17.8 Step 7: Configure POTS Cards
a. From the main LCT screen, right click on the 1
st
POTS card and select
“Lines” from the list of options. In the new window click on “Configure” to
view the current port configurations.
The “POTSx64 Lines Configuration” screen for Line 1 will be displayed.
b. In the AC profile field select from the drop-down list. For the UK select:-
“1: BT-87+229//28.4nF+1052//228nF” option
c. In the DC profile field select from the drop-down list. For the UK select:-
“1: 25mA_curr_limit” option.
d. In the “Metering Profile” field select from the drop-down list. For the UK
select “1:Met BT 12K” option.
