6.2 Specimen Safety Device Setup
6.2.1 Overheat Protector
Always set the overheat protector BEFORE beginning tests. Set it
according to the type of specimens and test conditions.
Unless properly set, the overheat protector will not trip in the event of
chamber trouble, which could lead to specimen damage.
Procedure: Turn the dials until a suitable temperature is displayed.
