8.3.2 Changing the Chamber Lamp Bulb
Change the chamber lamp bulb after every 3,000 hours of service or whenever it blows. Use only the
included bulb. Replacement will require no tools.
HOT! Shortly after the lamp goes out, it is HOT.
FRAGILE! Use care when handling the chamber lamp bulb. It will
break if dropped or struck against hard objects.
Procedure:
1. Unplug chamber from the power source.
2. Remove the glass shield protecting the light bulb.
3. Replace the bulb with a new bulb of the same type and style.
Note: It is very important that the lamp base material is the same material as the socket
to avoid corrosion of the light system. Please call Espec North America or your
local distributor for proper parts.
4. Replace glass shield to protect light bulb from damage.
