8.1 Chamber Faults
ELECTRIC SHOCK! Before working on the power circuits, unplug
the primary power supply and check the line is dead. Unplug the
specimen power and Time Signal connectors from their sockets.
Also, take measures to prevent accidental charging.
Working with primary power supply ON runs the risk of electric shock.
Unplug the chamber BEFORE detaching the electric parts
compartment door.
Temperature (and humidity) cabinets are equipped with an alarm indicator light that is illuminated when
problems occur. After trouble has been corrected alarms can be cleared by pressing fault reset switch.
For problems not found with self-checks, See “Operator Error and Additional Troubleshooting” on
page 52.
If the issue is not resolved after taking the prescribed action, contact the place of purchase or Espec North
America.
