5.2 Power Supply Work
5.2.1 Primary Power Supply Requirements
The primary power supply must satisfy the following requirements:
• Voltage fluctuation must be within +/- 5% of the rated voltage (or within +/- 10%
while the chamber is running.)
•A power cable is provided of the proper wire gauge for the chamber. An appropriate
plug is also provided. The following table gives the plug type provided with the
chamber so you may provide the proper receptacle.:
